We retain your personal and business data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or to comply with statutory retention periods under Thai corporate and tax law (typically 5 to 10 years for accounting ledgers and corporate filings). Once no longer required, data is securely destroyed or anonymized.
