- Visa and Work Permit application assistance.
- Annual Auditing services.
All services are executed based on the current laws, frameworks, and official guidelines established by the government authorities of the Kingdom of Thailand.
2. Client Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information
To successfully execute corporate registrations or tax filings, the Client must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents (such as passports, lease agreements, or financial statements). The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, rejections, or legal penalties resulting from inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulent information provided by the Client.
3. Payment Terms and Gateway Transactions
- All prices for fixed packages or customized corporate milestones are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) or equivalent currencies, as specified on our checkout invoices.
- Payments are securely processed online through our authorized payment infrastructure provider, Stripe.
- The Client agrees to pay all applicable service fees, transaction fees, and non-refundable government duties associated with the selected package before the Company initiates administrative or legal operations.
4. Limitation of Liability and Government Delays
Saleo Siam Co., Ltd. exercises maximum professional due diligence in preparing and filing your applications. However, the Client acknowledges that the final approval, processing timelines, and issuance of corporate licenses, tax IDs, visas, or work permits rest solely with the respective Thai government institutions (DBD, Revenue Department, Immigration Bureau).
The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect business losses, lost profits, or operational delays caused by unexpected changes in Thai immigration/corporate policies, government system outages, or arbitrary rejections by government officers.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, customized B2B roadmaps, website layouts, graphics, text, and source codes appearing on this website are the intellectual property of Saleo Siam Co., Ltd. unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution of our materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate our service agreement and restrict access to our digital infrastructure immediately, without prior notice or liability, if the Client breaches these Terms, engages in illegal activities under the laws of Thailand, or fails to fulfill corporate compliance requirements.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes, conflicts, or legal claims arising out of or relating to our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangkok, Thailand.
