Thank you for choosing Saleo Siam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We strive to provide premium corporate registration, accounting, taxation, and visa consultation services in the Kingdom of Thailand.
As a professional Business-to-Business (B2B) service provider, our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of services and requests for refunds. By purchasing our services, you (the “Client”) agree to the terms described below.
1. General Principles
Due to the nature of corporate, legal, and accounting services, our work involves immediate resource allocation, professional labor, and administrative expenses. Therefore, refunds are strictly governed by the stage of service delivery and the types of fees involved.
2. Government Fees and Third-Party Costs (Strictly Non-Refundable)
All official government fees, duties, revenue stamps, translation costs, notary fees, and third-party charges paid or allocated to Thai government authorities (such as the Department of Business Development (DBD), the Revenue Department, or the Department of Employment) are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. Once these funds are disbursed or committed to government processes, they cannot be recovered.
3. Service Fees & Cancellation Policy
3.1. Before Service Commencement
If a Client requests a cancellation and a refund before Saleo Siam Co., Ltd. has initiated any work, drafted any documents, or conducted formal consultations for the project, the Client is eligible for a full refund (100%) of our service fees, minus any transaction/processing fees charged by our payment gateway (e.g., Stripe).
3.2. After Service Commencement
Once the Company has commenced work (including but not limited to: initial corporate structuring research, document drafting, name reservation at the DBD, or professional consulting sessions), the service fees become partially or fully non-refundable:
- Initial Stage (Documents drafted but not submitted): A partial refund of up to 50% of the service fee may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company, based on the volume of work already completed.
- Submission Stage (Documents submitted to government bodies): Once documents are formally filed with any Thai government department, no refunds will be issued.
3.3. Retainer and Monthly Services (Accounting & Tax)
For ongoing monthly services (Accounting, Taxation, Social Security management):
- Clients may cancel their monthly subscription/service agreement by providing at least 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for fractions of a month or for months where accounting work, bookkeeping, or tax filing has already been executed.
4. Non-Approval by Government Authorities
Saleo Siam Co., Ltd. guarantees that all applications and filings will be prepared with professional due diligence, matching the current laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. However, final approvals rest solely with the respective Thai government officials.
If an application (e.g., Company Registration, Visa, or Work Permit) is delayed, rejected, or restricted due to changes in government regulations, background checks of the Client, or inaccurate information provided by the Client, the Company’s service fees remain non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Procedure
To request a refund or dispute a charge, the Client must follow these steps:
- Submit a formal written request via email to: support@saleosiam.com
- Include the Company Name, Invoice Number, Payment Date, and a detailed reason for the refund request.
- Our compliance department will review the request within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., the original credit/debit card via Stripe).
Please note: Depending on your financial institution, card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
